I was fortunate to have been matched to Diamond during the Twitter promo, and part of Diamond membership is a couple annual United Club passes. It's now been a full 2 months since I was matched and I haven't received any sort of "welcome to Diamond" package in the mail. My wife matched to Platinum a few days later and her Platinum package came yesterday. I fly United tomorrow and would love Club access. Am I just out of luck here?
