Until recently I was quite satisfied as an AAdvantage member to have access to Alaska's frequent schedule between LAX and SEA, knowing that I was receiving full mileage credit. AA's new mileage (and EQM) policy makes using AS less attractive, unless I purchase an AA codeshare ticket for an AS flight. The new AA routes will offer an alternative way to earn full mileage benefits.
