And P25K/E35K get to use the massive number of agents in economy check-in, but with priority.
Have you actually used normal economy check in at YVR or YYZ, its 20 minute wait easily. As opposed to five mins (aka old priority I guess) when I travel with people with status. Heck, even a baggage drop
at YVR takes 15 mins. I expect AC to put in limited amount of dedicated counters that there could be the possibility of a longer line for those who flies Y and those E35K,E50K.
The only benefits its seems to have is maybe lower E50K+ plus wait for what, 2 minutes?
Well i am flying out of YYZ in FEB so will not trash their decision any more until using the service first hand.
But the fact they put PE in and kick E35K out really bugs me.
