YYZ is the only airport I've ever seen "manage" anything related to priority check-in.

Now they're only managing it for *G, PY, and J.

I could actually see this being an improvement for everyone.

The priority area now has fewer people.

And P25K/E35K get to use the massive number of agents in economy check-in, but with priority.
