so am I obligated to get a new passport when I stop looking like my picture? it was issued when I was 16, and I only have a slight resemblance to it now, another couple years would be a joke (not to mention I look like an al-qaeda operative)
I'm not fronting another passport fee just because my picture is different...it's the state department's own fault that they issue 10-year passports to teenagers. it's only the americans that have to deal with it anyway, I go everywhere else on my canadian passport.
