Right click on the icon to the left of the URL in the browser's nav bar, and choose "Edit Search Engines."
(If this doesn't work, try navigating to
chrome://settings/searchEngines directly.) Scroll to the bottom and add a new entry:
- Set the name to "FlyerTalk"
- Set the keyword to "flyertalk.com/forum/usercp.php" or "flyertalk.com" (depending on which is the first result if you start typing flyertalk into your URL bar). Or, make one for both.
- For the query URL, put this in:
Code:
https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aflyertalk.com+%s
And
boom, you've got instant nav-bar google search for FT. Just start typing flyertalk into the URL bar, press
<tab>, and you've got an instant FT search.
