talking of ESTA - took a cruise recently from the UK to the USA and the cruiseline insisted on seeing the ESTA from every UK passenger as proof.

if passengers did not have them, then they must print them out, otherwise no cruise.

Didn't realise a transport company could insist upon seeing it.
