On an A380 I would imagine there would be a preference for shutting down the outboard engines as they do have a higher risk of FOD ingestion being so far out and sometimes beyond the edge of the taxiway.

Hopefully someone can provide an accurate answer though.
Port out, starboard home. Balances the engine hours for maintenance.
