Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Hyatt Regency Changchun marking the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the capital city of Jilin province, northeast China, and the first high-end business hotel to open in the city’s downtown area in almost two decades.

Hyatt Regency Changchun is located in Chaoyang district in the heart of the city, an area known for its abundance of verdant areas, such as Peony Garden and Children’s Park. Hyatt Regency Changchun resides within Hongwell International Plaza, a statuesque skyscraper designed by the award-winning American architectural firm Goettsch Partners.

The hotel is a 50-minute drive from Changchun Longjia International Airport, 20- and 30-minute drives from Changchun Railway Stations North and West, respectively, and a five-minute drive to the central convergence of People’s Square. Hyatt Regency Changchun enjoys a prime location surrounded by banks and government offices, making it ideal for business travelers.
