Seriously, give it up. You saw a couple people (who, for all you know, may have been long-time regulars with many stays at this property that knew all the staff by name) that you thought were being treated better than you were, and you were jealous that you were merely treated well. Nobody in the world is going to take such "complaints" seriously.

Rate the hotel based on how you were treated, not on how you perceived others were being treated.
