I don't think any conclusions can be drawn from limited anecdotal experience. Are you sure the "white" guests you percieved as receiving better treatment were not regulars and/or VIPs?
I would be very careful about playing the race card in the absence of concrete evidence. Especially as by your own admission you were "not treated badly."
