Is there anyone who can figure out how to filter out the mixed rewards on the reward search. Here's what happens. Say you want to fly to Milan. It will show you a first class ticket to SFO and then a 10+ hour coach seat. IT makes finding decent rewards impossible.

I've reported this to the both the customer service line and the IT folks but they say it's not possible. While they're handed a bucket of available flights, it's really not hard to filter out what doesn't apply on the front end.
