1. In addition to forfeiting hotel points by booking through your service, would we also forfeit our hotel status benefits, such as room/suite upgrades, free breakfasts, etc?
--------------
Answer: It depends on the hotel really. Some hotel chains or indie hotels still count the stays toward your status, some do not. With this program there is a trade off, which is sort of switching loyalty programs. However the rewards are a lot more lucrative. For example if you are at the elite status with Marriott - which has the most generous hotel loyalty program - you are getting back around 9.4% for every dollar spent, if you squeeze every drop out of all the promos. With our program, on average, you are getting between 25-35% back on every dollar spent.

2. Would the cash-back for airline upgrades apply to all airlines, or just whatever airlines you partner with?
------------------
Answer: I would have to say almost all airlines, but definitely all the major airlines are included.
-------------------
3. In a related vein, when you say airline upgrades, are you simply talking about using the cash-back to buy up to business or first class, or something else?
--------------------
Answer: You can use the upgrade cash-backs on upgrades to premium economy, business/first class and also on airport lounges, in-flight Wifi, entertainment and any other amenities/offers provided by the airlines.
4. Would the upgrading have to be done at time of ticketing (and if so, how), or could it be done after the ticket has been purchased?
-------------------
Answer: The upgrading is done when you purchase your ticket. In fact a travel concierge(or travel hero) handles all the booking for you, through SMS, FB messaging or Online chat. Your agent will use an in-house program that allows them to decide if it's more beneficial to use miles, cashbacks or a mix of both. But everything is done at the time of purchase. So you actually get to upgrade without extra cost before even elite status members, because most airlines now give preference to paying customers for upgrades rather than giving them away to elite members.

5. Would the cash-back for upgrades apply to co-pays we'd use to upgrade using a combo of miles and cash? E.g., when upgrading domestic AA coach to domestic AA first using that combo (if such upgrades are available for a given flight), it typically costs 15K miles plus $75. Could the cash-back be applied toward that $75?
--------------------
Answer: Yes, as I mentioned above we use an in-house program to see which is the most beneficial to you, pay all miles, cashback or a hybrid. Also the cashbacks never expire, so you can keep them as cash and convert them anytime to miles.
Also when your company is paying for your hotel/flight, you can give us your max budget and we'll work to meet that. The other neat thing about flight upgrades is that if your company is paying for the flights, you get the upgrades above their threshold, since they are not paying for it and its basically a free upgrade.
