Keep in mind the hotel all-inclusive prices will be priced the same or lower compared to any online published rate. Your answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Glad to try to help. A few matters you might clarify:

1. In addition to forfeiting hotel points by booking through your service, would we also forfeit our hotel status benefits, such as room/suite upgrades, free breakfasts, etc?
2. Would the cash-back for airline upgrades apply to all airlines, or just whatever airlines you partner with?
3. In a related vein, when you say airline upgrades, are you simply talking about using the cash-back to buy up to business or first class, or something else?
4. Would the upgrading have to be done at time of ticketing (and if so, how), or could it be done after the ticket has been purchased?
5. Would the cash-back for upgrades apply to co-pays we'd use to upgrade using a combo of miles and cash? E.g., when upgrading domestic AA coach to domestic AA first using that combo (if such upgrades are available for a given flight), it typically costs 15K miles plus $75. Could the cash-back be applied toward that $75?
