I'll be visiting Asia in summer and plan to stop by land down under before coming home. I know that US citizen needs to apply for an ETA visa before going to Australia so I did it and got approved.
I plan to fly Air Asia from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney. From what I read, once an ETA is established for my passport, airlines is be able to access it.
So anyone with an ETA visa flew AirAsia from KUL to SYD without any hassle? If there was a problem, any tips for avoiding it?

Get a print out of your ETA.
All airlines can access your ETA. So at check in , they will know if you have an ETA or not.
You could have gotten a free ETA if you had read this thread first - (after you have up'd your post count)
