Since there are 2+ in the vehicle, you will be able to use the carpool
lane. Unless there's an accident in HOV (high occupancy vehicle) lane,
it should move quickly.

SigAlert LA is incredibly helpful as well as "traffic" on iPhone.
Some people like Waze.
