Only getting a chance to update this now. So, had my interview on the
15th at LAX. Did not look at anything other than my passport, did not ask me any questions. Told me I was good to go and I'd get an email with confirmation in 24 hours. Took less than 2 mins. If fact it took be longer to walk from their office to the car than it took to approve me. Oh, by the time I got back to the car it was in my inbox. Pretty quick and painless......

Conditional Approval:
12/01/16
Interview scheduled at LAX for
15/01/16
So almost
5 weeks and 5 days later I was conditionally approved. Whilst it seems to be much longer than everyone else on the forum has experienced, it is within their guidelines of approval which is 4/6 weeks. Lets see how the interview goes
