I use Office 365 with a personal email domain. I've checked junk, clutter etc and have logged in to the Exchange Control panel to do a mail trace. But nothing is there at all.
Interestingly enough though, I just called AA and applied an SWU to a reservation and I *did* get the ticket exchange receipt email through. Weird thing is that I made the reservation maybe an hour ago and didn't get the original e-ticket receipt.
OT, but - Be happy you could apply the SWU at all. Still waiting myself on a request listed over two months ago for a flight less than 43 hours out with about 50% of the 772 J cabin seats unassigned and J7, R7, D7, I7... and C0. Pitiful, IMO - but there is a long thread on this subject.
