Yup, all showing up fine on AA.com.
I use Office 365 with a personal email domain. I've checked junk, clutter etc and have logged in to the Exchange Control panel to do a mail trace. But nothing is there at all.
Interestingly enough though, I just called AA and applied an SWU to a reservation and I *did* get the ticket exchange receipt email through. Weird thing is that I made the reservation maybe an hour ago and didn't get the original e-ticket receipt.
