I am new points collector and came across this via searching on google. i want to get myself to gold status and was wondering if someone could take the time to explain how these trips work. Based on below which i have copy/pasted from earlier in the thread.

Is the general Idea to just airport hop and upon completion of the journey you will amount the indicated points?
Are these individual flights booked or some kind of multi flight journeys booked together?
is the above formula based on economy class?
i would appreciate help whats so ever as i was planning to build it via work and long winded process, but by finding this it seems there is a faster way.
What i suppose i dont understand on above is how can it be so cheap to gain so many points?
I am from Scotland UK so if anyone is aware of trips that include departure and return on this it would be great

I just wanted to post to say well spotted on a run I really should have taken out of the wiki when I updated it. LGW-SSH was 140 TPs each way in CE but is now 8o TPs, and in any case the route has been suspended for several months now with no clear re-start date.
