I haven't received an email from them since August that was not directly related to a reservation, invoice, or even answering a survey.

No statements nor any promotional emails. I know Hertz is sending them because my husband account gets them to his email account.

I checked my profile, and my email address is correct - plus, as I said, I do get reservation related emails.

Anyone else see this happening?

I'm thinking of changing to another email address to see if my provider they're spam and not let them through, not even to my spam folder.
