Hopefully a Glitch
I received and opened a number of Priceless Surprises emails this morning, after receiving 0's on the first few I checked and all the emails had the same long ID number in the URL.
As a data point I hope this helps, but leads me to believe it is in fact a glitch.
Now, it gets resolved is another matter
