I am looking to take my two kids ( age 3 and 7) to visit family in NYC and Houston , Texas in the summer holidays.

I’d like your thoughts on the best way to do this.
I have got a 241 Amex Voucher that I can use. I would like to travel in business class for comfort travelling with two kids.
I was thinking of buying a reward ticket for London to New York return using my 241 voucher to get a free accompanying reward flight and buying an additional club world ticket for my 3 year old. We can then buy local connecting flights to/from Houston in the middle of our trip.

Does anyone have any other ideas/ I looked into buying cash fares starting in Dublin but the fares seemed very high for my dates of August 5th to 19th.
Any other thoughts on a cheaper way to do this would be greatly appreciated.
