If you have a reservation you have the same gurantee to receive a vehicle whether it is pre-paid or otherwise. We agree to provide a vehicle within the vehicle class booked. We will monitor your flight for delays but it is always best practice to inform the branch of very long details and to agree any out of hours collections.

Are you booking from the US? If so please sned me your e-mail details in a private message and I'll put you in touch with the US Reservations Team concerning the statuory taxes.
