No. Only K or higher can be upgraded with miles. They will open LUT fares in June, but the cost will be higher (30K miles). XVE fares will still be ineligible.
Thanks! Since I almost never fly on Delta, I guess my remaining 32000 miles will just have to sit in my account forever. I live in a city that Delta doesn't serve.(nearest one is 3 hours away) The 32000 miles are actually Pan Am miles. That must be some kind of record for old miles. (25 years old)
