About 3 weeks ago I booked a return trip BHX-HKT for April travelling in J. I managed to upgrade my full price ticket to F straightaway but having no such luck with my wife's MBNA companion ticket. ExpertFlyer is showing availability but I'm unable to do so in MMB - are these tickets actually upgradable? Anytime/check-in?

As an aside, I was on the phone for 75mins booking these tickets, I spoke to 3 different people and ended up having to email the voucher to them as they weren't aware of the MBNA (UK) offer. Saved around £600 so can't complain too much I guess ;-)
