One family in our party is scheduled to depart from the Miami airport on Sunday at 7 AM. If the family has to arrive at the airport 1.5 hrs before flight departure, and if it takes 1.5 hrs to travel between Palm Beach and Miami by surface transportation, that means that this family has to leave Palm Beach at 4 AM.

Options include 1) rent a car for the night- from Palm Beach, and drop it off at the Miami airport airport car rental location, 2) take a taxi (I suppose that would be a very expensive option).

I am wondering if one can arrange a limousine or airporter shuttle for a pickup at that time of night? If so, what is the contact info, and what are the details of the costs with this service?
