When did u earned the 15kEQM? 2016 then it means nothing for the moment and will reset end of Feb 2017. U need to earn 25k for GLD, 50k for PLT, & 100k for EXP in the same calendar year. The only shortcut is spending $40k on the Citibank World Elite card, that will give u 10k EQM. Miles earned have an expiration of 18 month in case of non activity in the account.
