Lack of signs and information in Gatwick for those transferring from domestic BA flights to, in our case, a European flight. It was the same in reverse though the CSM gave a very brief and incomplete description of what to do. Out through Arrivals then up to departures and through security. We were not the only ones at a loss at where to go. Over a year since we last passed through Gatwick and I don't remember it being as bad. The temporary lounge doesn't improve the experience.
