In which case, IF you can find it (and the 787 does appear to be pretty rare in May), do the 787 both directions. It's quieter AND has the better IFE.
If you can't get the 787 but can get J - then take the 747 and go upper deck on the way out - it's quieter than the 777.
The 777 will be more likely to give you a better IFE experience in Premium Economy than the 747 though.
