Royal Jordanian's Crown Class service (it's a 2 class carrier) offers an 82" pitch and 180 degree recline on its 340s non-stop from JFK, ORD, and DTW to Amman. Airfare is around half the cost of a "major" carrier and Amman offers pretty good connections to the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.
