I have a room reserved (on points) for April at the Amsterdam Marriott. My description of the "Guest Room, 1 King or Queen" reads:
Furniture and Furnishings
- Chair, oversized
- Alarm Clock
- Safe, in room
- Outlet with dual voltage adaptors
- Table with seating for 1
- Desk, writing / work, with ergonomic chair, and electrical outlet
- Iron and ironing board
Do I get to invoke a "100% satisfaction guaranttee" if the room I get has no desk?
Btw, the picture linked above is for a standard room. As a Plat, can I get upgraded to a bigger room in the new scheme that did "find space" for a desk?
What happens if at check-in I ask "can I get a room with a desk"?
