Once you are Gold, you will be Oneworld Sapphire and can now enter to other Oneworld business class lounges i.e. The Wing/The Bridge in Hong Kong assuming flying a OW airline regardless of ticket class. Unfortunately in Doha, The "Business Class/Silver lounge" is also the same Oneworld business class lounge so your access is limited to the same lounge if you are flying economy. Once you move to Platinum while flying Y, you can access the "First Class/Gold" lounge beside it.
