Technically you are supposed to go through the regular visitors line. In practice, however, unless stopped by an officer, you can use the kiosks. The children will then be issued an X-marked receipt (because no previous entry) and you'll all go into the X line (Problem line) for the issues to be corrected. The X line, although obviously longer than the non-X line, should be shorter than the regular visitors line.
