Can I Pick up a IAD Avis rental at DCA?
Hi,

Last time I rented at DCA (enterprise) they mentioned I could also drop off at IAD. Which I did to get a better flight connection. Of course I understand different companies etc, but does AVIS allow the same? Or in reverse could I pick up a Avis reservation I made online for IAD at DCA airport?
