Two minor queries/possible corrections.
In Post#1 within the "Tier Points Earned per Flight Sector" graphic/table you show on the right hand side in red QF (UK-AU) earnings as 30/60/120 for the various economy options. However further down in the post it is shown that the discount economy offering by Qantas (QF) is QF: M, K, L, N, G, Q, S, V, and O
This, and the BA Avios/TP calculator would imply that the only TP's from QF economy are 30 [discounted] and 120[full fare]. Is this true ? I think this is case where the earning on QF is lower than the corresponding fare clase on BA, for some of the economy fares.
Well spotted, so with BA UK-AU in Y you earn:
- Economy lowest (Q, O, G) 30
- Economy low (K, L, M, N, S, V) 60
- Economy flexible (Y, B, H) 120
With QF:
- Economy lowest (M, K, L, N, G, Q, S, V, O) 30
- Economy flexible (Y, B, H) 120
This is what the BA calculator states.
So there is no 60 TP option for QF unlike BA. I will get the "Tier Points Earned per Flight Sector" graphic amended.
