I highly doubt the order of names, if they are otherwise correct, would be that important to kill eligibility of the ticket.

I am also currently holding a ticket, bought through online travel agent and spelled correctly, which shows "Mrs" on airlines reservation even though I am Mr FFlash. I am sure I entered Mr on the OTA, but computer must have made an error when trasferring my info from OTA to airline. I haven't bothered as it is not my fault.
