I don't agree with CPB's behavior in the specific case you know about and are referring to. Tell us more details. I have great sympathy for the specific German-born woman you're talking about who was questioned about her Irish passport. It's absurd forr the CPB to have assumed, in the specific case you're talking about, that a German-born woman couldn't have Irish citizenship.
