Intelligence Committee to Hear F.B.I. Testimony

Coleen Rowley, the Minneapolis-based F.B.I. agent who accused senior bureau officials of fumbling any opportunity to prevent the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, met privately today with investigators from the House and Senate intelligence committees in advance of her public debut before Congress on Thursday.
