When checking bags between airlines across tickets, they will almost certainly need the 13 digit e-ticket number, along with the onward flight times/cities/flight number. The PNR might be helpful too. For two BA tickets the PNRs are normally enough, as they can easily look the rest up, but the eticket details often helps
And e-ticket receipt ought to have all of that one, so sounds the right thing to bring
