Qatar Airways Customer Service is shocking

I have never used Qatar Airways and I booked my mother in Law to come from Morocco to Delhi in December and the service was a disaster

As my mother is very old and sick, I asked for special assistance all the way and nothig was done especially that she has to spend few hours transit in Doha. To make things difficult the flight from Morocco was delayed by few hours and she had to spend over 18 hours in Doha, but I know that this is out of their control

The next day, when we were trying to contact her, we found out that her roaming service was not working so we contacted Qatar airways just to tell us which hotel she is staying in and I was given 5 phone number of the airline and no one was picking up the phone. For over 5 hours we could not get any information but finally we called their sales team in Doha who really helped to contact her, and you can imagine how worried my wife and I were in all those 5 hours.

When we called the hotel, we were told that she has already left to the airport which was strange as her flight was at 9 PM and we called her around 2 PM.
When she arrived to Delhi, she said that they did come to her door and ask her to leave even 7 hours before her flight which was really outrageous

I have been trying to get some clarifications, all what I got is an apology for the delay of the flight which I know is out of their control.
I replied back stating that that was not the issue I am not happy with but mainly why did she have to spend 7 hours at the airport before her flight
