My lunch at Plane Food had mixed results. I ordered the Beef Tataki which was absolutely phenomenal, while the Chicken Bun, though substantial in portion, was room temperature and pretty dry.

Poorly shot pics of the restaurant:

I wasted more time wandering the terminal until it was time to make my way to the gate. I must say I do find it a bit annoying that they wait so long to post the gate location. I'm a little OCD about such things and I always want to know where I am and where I'm going. Following a very quick and orderly boarding process I got my first taste of BA CE on an A319. It appeared to be a newer cabin based on lighting and the slimline seats. Between the seat discomfort and lack of legroom I found a new level of hell that Dante would be impressed by. The service was great but I was exhausted by this point and just wanted to sleep on the short hop to Dublin. This proved difficult as my back was aching within the first few minutes of being seated. I've had a colonoscopy recently and that proved more pleasant than these seats. Pics for reference, and note that I'm only 5'8":

Fortunately the trip was short. I snoozed for a bit then used Uber to make my way to the Conrad. That and more coming tomorrow.
