Just want to say, as someone who deals with a lot of reservationists/reservation teams & managers, the Faena has been absolutely 'on top' of it with regards to my interactions with them.
Exceptional team and, whether it be phone or email, I'm continually impressed with how they work (it's unusual to have it this flawless during pre opening this early on).
Second, the third night free deal is really working out to be quite the $$ saver!!
I haven't been yet but colleagues are raving about, not just the hotel, but the restaurant(s).
