I'm a fairly experience traveler but will be doing my first international flights in coach soon. I was lucky enough to be in business class for the last 25 years for work travel to Asia but thanks to the economy and cost cutting we are now forced to travel coach. I now realize how lucky I had been all these years!
I fly Delta from MSP to BKK, PVG, or SIN, typically through NRT. Lots of hours. In business class I was able to spend some of the time switching between my left side, right side, and back and this helped to protect too much time in any one position.
Now doing the trip in economy I'm not sure what to do. I tend to get a real sore tailbone even on domestic flights and need to try something. I tried buying
this from Amazon, but do not really like it (too big).
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm a bit overweight and surely that is a large part of the problem (I have lost about 20 pounds but have a ways to go), and also not a young guy anymore and seem to have more pains than I used to.
