No? Because it doesn't exist. The requirement is to be a danger or disruption. Sitting down doing nothing almost sleeping isn't enough regardless of how much you've had to drink.
Not true, at all. You absolutely do not need to be a danger or disruptive. You only have to have the appearance of being intoxicated. See CFR 14 § 121.575 Alcoholic beverages, specifically section (c)

(c) No certificate holder may allow any person to board any of its aircraft if that person appears to be intoxicated.
