What type of voucher are you looking for? If it is a ticket exchange voucher or a credit, it generally doesn't show up on its own but you can search for it using the original ticket number. The only vouchers I've ever seen show up there are VDB and the companion voucher.
Those vouchers always show in the wallet for me, never had to search for anything
