Almost certainly. Call up, and get them to select seats or make them ticket. There seems to be big delays in the ticket queue at the moment, there were dozens of unticketed checkins at T5 on Wednesday.
I just phoned now after seeing this post. They said it was all ticketed fine and could select a seat. There is still no ticket number on that specific flight though. Should I push to get it all re ticketed or can they re ticket a specific flight? Thanks
