If we don't know, then we can't put it in the AML to have engineering look at it, so it will sit on the ground wherever it is going, and not be fixed and then the next customer will find out when it is too late for us to do anything about it.
Again, not having a dig at the poster of the comments above, just asking that people tell us so things can be looked into and fixed.
