That is off course what you should do... and I normally do that as well. But when you stay at a decent hotel and you stay there with any regularity you start to feel comfortable. And then you leave stuff lying around..... my wallet and phone (on the charger) were in open view. Dumb, I know.

But this isn't a hostel either so even though it can happen it shouldn't, at least not by staff. I can only hope that an interview was really conducted and that it might help prevent another theft, although I'm doubtfull.

It won't prevent me from staying since I really like the hotel and most of the staff...
