We frequently hear about 'entitlement' on these and other forums. I think it's interesting that we now have the ability to talk to one of the 'entitled'. From my reading of your posts, you felt entitled to the other passenger's seat, and reacted passive-aggressively to their refusal to swap. (Their refusal to swap seats was, I feel, not unreasonable.)

Why did you feel entitled to that passenger's seat?
